We will furnish the results to you immediately after the Board Meeting.
In view of the above, we hereby intimate you that we shall not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter of the year and shall, instead, be publishing the Audited Results after the said Board Meeting.
We also wish to inform you that as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons from 11th May, 2018 to 20th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the ended 31st March, 2018.
