Mr Pankaj Kumar Choubey is a qualified Company Secretary and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having more than 9 years experience. A brief profile of Mr Choubey is also enclosed herewith.
Consequent to the appointment of Mr Choubey as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, the responsibility of Compliance Officer as assigned to Ms Pallavi Gupta stands withdrawn.
This is in compliance with Regulation 6 (1) read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
