He further sold 15,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, during the period 18th May 2018 to 25th May 2018. The transaction executed by Mr. Shankarlal Agarwal was without filling of pre-requisite disclosures, as required under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and PIT Regulations. The second transaction was executed during the period of trading window closure.
Post-execution of these transactions, the promoter's shareholding is 73.66% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
