We refer to our letter dt. January 23,2018 wherein we had informed that Mr. SC Rangani''s tenure as Company Secretary will be upto 31st July, 2018. As there has been some delay in the joining of a new incumbent, the is to inform you that, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 21st May, 2018 has approved and extended Mr. Satish C Rangani''s tenure as a Company Secretary from 31st July 2018 to 14th August, 2018. He will continue as a Whole-Time Director, designated as an Executive Director as decided earlier.
