The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Please note that as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in Company's shares will remain closed for the Company's insiders from today i.e. 22nd May, 2018 (commencing from the time of above intimation to the Stock Exchanges) till Forty-Eight hours after the announcement of the Financial Results on 30th May, 2018.
