Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from 27th October, 2018 to 05th November, 2018 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of this board Meeting.
