With reference to the above, we hereby inform that the Company has published on 6th September, 2018 the Notice of 26th Annual General Meeting in Financial Express (English) and Nav Telangana (Telugu) Newspapers. The details of Book Closure, E-Voting and cut-off dates are as under.

1) The 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 28th day of September, 2018 at 02.00 PM at Senior Citizen Hall, 2nd Floor, Beside S.R.K. Raju Community Hall, Madhura Nagar, Hyderbad - 500038.

2) Closer of the Register of Members & Share Transfer books from 25th September, 2018 to 28th September, 2018 (both days inclusive).

3) The cut-off date is on 21st September, 2018 for the e-voting on the resolutions at 26th Annual General Meeting.

4) E-voting period commences from 25th September, 2018 (9.00 A.M) to 27th September, 2018 (05.00 P.M).
