V. Jagannadha Rao has expressed his intention to resign due to personal reasons. The Company has accepted his resignation and he would cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. close of working hours of April 30, 2018.
In the interim, in terms of Regulation 6 of Listing Regulations, the Company has designated Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, Head- Secretarial as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 01, 2018. He will be responsible for ensuring compliances under Listing Regulations, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws and regulations.
