This is to further inform you that the Company proposes to hold a Board Meeting on 7th December, 2018, to consider the appointment of new Chief Financial Officer of the Company and as per Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed under the said Code from 5th December, 2018, to 9th December, 2018, (both days inclusive).
