Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Limited, M/s. Fortis Hospitals Limited and M/s. Hiranandani Healthcare Private Limited.
The report(s), from ICRA and CARE covering the rationale for revisions in credit ratings, are attached
herewith.
It is further informed that ICRA has withdrawn the long-term rating of [ICRA]A-(SO) for Rs. 10.31 crore term loan of one of the subsidiaries of the Company- M/s. Fortis C-Doc Healthcare Limited in accordance with ICRA's policy based on the no-objection certificate provided by the bankers.
We will keep the stock exchanges informed about any further updates in this regard.
