Notice is also hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 101 of the Companies Act, 2013 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday i.e. 19th September, 2018 to Tuesday i.e. 25th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Notice is also hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 that to provide e-Voting facility to the members which will be available for three days from Saturday i.e. 22nd September, 2018 to Monday i.e. 24th September, 2018 from 09.00 AM till 05.00 PM to exercise their right to vote for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
