We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on today has decided the following: -
1. Dr. Pawan Singh has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Company with immediate effect for a period of five (5) years or upto the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier;
2. Mrs. Pravin Tripathi has been re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a further period of three (3) years w.e.f. 14th October, 2018; and
3. Further, Shri Sanjay Rustagi (Vice- President) has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect till further decision.
