| Exchange Received Time 02/06/2018 14:33:54 Exchange Disseminated Time 02/06/2018 14:34:04 Time Taken 00:00:10 | With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Audited Financial Result of Precision Wires India Limited ('Company") for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 were submitted to Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), on 30th May, 2018.
However due to inadvertence in Standalone audited financial results for the fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2018 the amount in Row no. 11 for 'Reserves excluding revaluation reserve (as per balance sheet of Previous Accounting year) for 31st March, 2018 has been mentioned as 'NIL' instead of Rs. 22,494.68 (in lakhs). Therefore the same should be read accordingly.
However it may be kindly noted that the same has been correctly recorded in Standalone Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 31st March, 2018. (The corrected statements are attached herewith).
