1. Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2018 (both standalone and consolidated)
2. Recommendation of Dividend for the FY 2017-2018, if any
3. Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosures and Conduct of the Company for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from August 06, 2018 to August 15, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
