This is to inform that subsequent to the declaration of Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 3.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2017-18, the Company had completed the dispatch of Dividend Warrants on 1st March, 2018. The Company has also paid the dividend through Demand Draft/NACH/ Electronic to those eligible shareholders, whose bank accounts details were updated with their respective depositories.
