Further, as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from Monday, 21st May, 2018 to Wednesday, 30th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) for insiders for dealing in securities of the Company on account of consideration of Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the FY 2017-18.
