The meeting commenced at 03.10 p.m. and concluded at around 05:00 p.m.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 as applicable to the Company, please find enclosed the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018, which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today along with Auditors Reports with unmodified opinion thereon.
Further, it is informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
