10. The figures for of the quarter ended 31st March, 2018 and 31st March, 2017 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and published year-to-date figures up to the third quarter of the respective financial year.
11. Note on Exceptional item shown in Consolidated financial results for Q4 & FYE 31.03.2018
we would like to clarify that, exceptional item shown in our consolidated results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 relates to old loans & advances written off as non recoverable, in one of our subsidiary company books, M/s. Midrange Software Pte. Ltd, Singapore. And this is not a recurring item and it is one time in nature.
Please take the above on record and make a note of the same.
