1. the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018;
2. the Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018; and
3. to recommend the payment of divided for that year, if any.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 28th April, 2018 to 10th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
