Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their aforesaid meeting, will, inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and consider the declaration of interim dividend (if any).
Further, the Company has informed that as informed in the Company's aforesaid letter dated March 29, 2018, the Trading Window has been closed from April 02, 2018 and the shall open 48 hours after the outcome of the aforesaid meeting is made public. |
