1.)Appointment of Shri Rameshwar Singh Thakur (DIN: 00020126), as an Additional Director (under the category of Independent Director) of the Company, with effect from 24th May, 2018 who shall hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting or the last date on which the AGM should have been held, whichever is earlier.
2.)Shri Rameshwar Singh Thakur's appointment as Independent Director on the Board of the Company is for a term of five years w.e.f. 24th May, 2018, which is subject to approval of the members in the ensuing AGM. Brief profile of Shri Rameshwar Singh Thakur is enclosed herewith as annexure-A. Further, he is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. Kindly treat this as a disclosure under Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations, read with read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015.
