We wish to inform you that the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 28th day of September, 2018 at 09:30 A.M. at Plot No. 73-74, Industrial Area-Phase III, Dharuhera, Distt.- Rewari, Haryana 123106.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company Shall remain closed from Saturday, the 22nd September, 2018 to Friday, the 28th September, 2018 (both days inclusive)
The Company has fixed Friday, the 21st September, 2018 as Cut-Off date to determine the entitlement of Members to participate in voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
