The details of the filing of settlement application were disclosed in the Prospectus dated July 28, 2018.
The copy of the settlement order dated December 4, 2018 is attached herewith for your information and records.
The Company does not believe that this order can reasonably be expected to have an impact on the financial position of the Company.
