The Company has acquired 100% equity share capital of a private limited company viz. Jeremia Real Estate Private Limited (JREPL). The paid up share capital of JREPL is Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). The Company acquired JREPL to be used as a special purpose vehicle in due course for its business purposes.
