In furtherance to the same, we would like to inform that Mr. Ravi Prakash Bhagavathula has resigned as Executive Director - Finance of the Company effective close of business on February 28, 2018.
Mr. Ravi Prakash Bhagavathula will continue as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company till March 31, 2018, to facilitate transition.
