Sub: Update on Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011
Please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the 'GPL ESGS'), the option grantee has exercised 204 stock grants equivalent to 204 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') during the exercise period.
Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on March 14, 2018, allotted 204 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS.
Consequently, with effect from March 14, 2018, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,08,24,00,640/- consisting of 21,64,80,128 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
