Please note that the Directors -Mr. Vaibhav Vashisht & Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pathak who were appointed on the Board w.e.f. from 27th August, 2018 have suddenly resigned effective from 29th August, 2018. Accordingly, the Company had to immediately call a Board Meeting to re-consider the Notice calling the 110th AGM so as to eliminate only the agendas confirming their appointment and proposing their appointment as Independent Directors for a term of 5 years in the ensuing AGM.
Further note that, except for the removal of agendas for appointment of Mr.Vaibhav Vashisht & Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pathak, everything else in the Notice previously adopted remains unchanged.
