Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window for the declaration of the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2018 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from Friday, 5th October, 2018 for the Designated Employees, Directors and Auditors of the Company. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2018.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
