Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab maintained by M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the 'RTA') having its Office at F-65, 1st Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi 110 020 pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from 1st April, 2018 to 30th September, 2018 for the purpose of issuing a certificate pursuant to regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the above examination and further information provided by the Company, I, hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on 30th September, 2018.
a). Share Certificates relating to the transfer of Shares received during the period from 1st April, 2018 to 30th September, 2018 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers have been issued within one month of the date of lodgment of transfer, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls / allotment monies excepting those rejected on technical grounds.
b). Share Certificates in respect of requests for exchange of duplicate and split certificates within one month of lodgment.
