| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2018 12:49:22 | Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on March 31, 2018 and to take on record Auditor's report thereon.
2. To recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Designated Employees and Key Management Personnel of the Company. |
