| Exchange Received Time 09/05/2018 16:27:22 Exchange Disseminated Time 09/05/2018 16:27:29 Time Taken 00:00:07 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("Committee") at its meeting concluded on 8 May 2018 at 04.00 p.m., has granted 26,95,000 (Twenty Six Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand) Options (i.e. Grant II) to its employees under the Himadri Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 ("ESOP 2016"/ "Plan").
The Plan is in terms of SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.
The salient features of the Options are given in Annexure - 1.
