Kindly note that the said meeting of Board of Director of the Company is now re-scheduled on the same date i.e. Friday, 10th August, 2018 at 10.30 A.M.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 3rd August, 2018 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on 10th August, 2018.
