The Nomination and Remuneration/Compensation Committee of the Board and the Board of Directors had earlier appointed Mr. Chaturvedi as the Executive Chairman upon completion of open offer by Wilmar Sugar Holdings Pte. Ltd. Accordingly, Mr. Chaturvedi had assumed charge as the Executive Chairman with effect from 2nd July, 2018. |
