i)To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter (Q4) and financial year ended 31st March, 2018; and
ii)To consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity share of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 29th April, 2018 till 11th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
