| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/05/2018 15:10:07 | Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2018 and to consider recommendation of dividend, it any, for financial year 2017-18 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 15, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose. |
