Information as required by regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given below :-
a) Expected Quantum of damage caused Based on the initial assessment, the following is the expected quantum of damage caused.
Stocks - Rs 13 Cr
Building and Roof - Rs 7 Cr
Machinery and Electrical - Rs 8 Cr
Total - Rs 28 Cr
b) Whether the damage covered by insurance or not including amount Damage is covered by adequate insurance.
c) Insurance amount claimed and realized for the loss/damage Assessment of loss/damage is in progress
d) Details of steps taken to restore normalcy and the impact of the disruption on production and financials of the Company. Production was completely disrupted on 16th November, 2018 on the day of the cyclone and partial operations were restored from 17th November, 2018. Further restoration is in progress and normalcy is expected within this week.
