Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Policy of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 3rd November, 2018 to 14th November, 2018 (both days inclusive).
