In this regard the management of the Company has received the resignation letter of Mr. Sandeep Kohli (Independent Director) of the Company which is effective from 22.06.2018.
The management has accepted the resignation of Mr. Sandeep Kohli and will took note of same in its upcoming Board Meeting.
