- The Company has proposed Voluntary Delisting of 52,865,258 Equity Shares from BSE Limited without giving exit opportunity to the shareholders, as per Regulation 6(a) and 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ("SEBI Delisting Regulation") as the equity shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE"), the stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals. |
