We hereby request you to ignore our earlier communication dated 26/06/2018 with respect to Record date.
With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 15th July, 2018 to Saturday, 21st July, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of Final dividend, if approved at the AGM. Revised Intimation of Book Closure in prescribed format is also enclosed herewith.
The cut-off date for the purpose of voting in Annual General Meeting either through remote e-voting or polling papers shall be Saturday, 14th July, 2018.
