In continuation of our letter dated 13/7/2018 on the subject matter, we hereby notify the date of relinquishment of charge by Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, IAS as Government Director and Managing Director and taking-over the charge by Shri MS Dagur, IAS as Government Director and Managing Director of the company as mentioned hereunder:
Brief particulars of change:
1.Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, IAS whose Nomination as Government Director was withdrawn by Government of Gujarat (GoG). As such, he has relinquished the charge of Managing Director of the company w.e.f. 15/7/2018.
2.Shri MS Dagur, IAS , Addl. Chief Secretary to GoG has been nominated as Government Director by GoG. He has assumed the charge of Managing Director of the company effective 16/7/2018. He will be formally appointed as Managing Director of the company at the ensuing Board Meeting.
A brief Bio-Data of Shri MS Dagur, IAS is enclosed. He is not related to any Directors of the company. |
