The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today (08th August 2018), on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the re-designation of Mr. Vidyuth Rajagopal, as the Managing Director (KMP) of the Company for a term of 03 years w.e.f. 08th August, 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. |
