In order to comply with the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2017-18 will be filed with the Stock Exchanges after it is adopted by the Shareholders of the Company at the 116th AGM to be held on September 26, 2018.
