AARVEE DENIMS has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve 1. To fix time, date and venue for convening 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Company.

2. To approve Notice for convening AGM and Directors' report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018 alongwith required annexures.

3. To consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2018

4. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, as per the code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 4th August 2018 to 13th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all Directors and designated officers of the Company.
