As per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from May 21, 2018 to June 01, 2018(both days inclusive).
Accordingly, designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
