In compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Board Meeting of Dynamatic Technologies Limited (the 'Company') will be held on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018 to inter-alia consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the quarter and half ended 30th September, 2018.
In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Wednesday, 07th November, 2018 to Friday, 16th November, 2018 (both days inclusive). All Insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company's shares when the Trading Window is closed.
