Pursuant to the NCLT, Chennai Bench order dated 17th May, 2018 as modified by an order dated 16th July, 2018 and further to our letter dated 18th July, 2018, please find enclosed the copies of the Newspaper Advertisement relating to the notice convening meeting of the unsecured creditors of Robust Hotels Private Company (RHPL) on 21st August, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Hyatt Regency Chennai, 365, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018, for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement between GJS Hotels Limited, the Company and RHPL and their respective shareholders under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme).
This may be treated as a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
