V. Parekh & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 107488W), Mumbai as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 to fill the casual vacancy arise in the office of Statutory Auditors, who shall hold the office till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Shareholders by way of Postal Ballot.
