| Exchange Received Time 27/03/2018 13:26:42 Exchange Disseminated Time 27/03/2018 13:26:51 Time Taken 00:00:09 | This has reference to the disclosure made by the Company on 19th March, 2018 regarding approval of Board of Directors for acquisition/purchase of upto 3,91,06,328 Equity Shares of Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) from Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC). In pursuance to the same, we wish to inform you that the Company has acquired/purchased 2,46,66,914 Equity Shares of GGL (i.e., 17.92 % of the fully Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of Gujarat Gas Limited) from GSPC, by way of an inter-se promoter transfer in accordance with Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 through a Block Deal on 26th March, 2018 at a price of Rs. 830.75 per Share.
Subsequent to the same, GSPL now holds 43.67% of the fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of GGL.
