L. Bhuwania & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditor of the Company for a period of 2 years in place of C.V. Chitale & Co. who were earlier appointed as the Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years at the 35th Annual General meeting held on 26th September 2017. However based on legal advice received by the Company from C.S. Kelkar & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary we wish to inform you that C.V. Chitale & Co., Chartered Accountants shall continue as statutory Auditors of the Company.
